Sometimes, a full home inspection isn’t necessary.  What you need is called a “System Certification”.  Upon your request, we will come and thoroughly examine whatever seems to be at question. 

It is recommended that everyone have an annual Heating and Cooling examination by a qualified HVAC professional (so, we can refer you to one if needed…)

We also recommend an annual Fireplace/Chimney inspection and cleaning by a qualified professional (so, again, we can refer you to the right people…)

Each certification is $100; if more than one certification is needed, call for our full inspection pricing!
